I
will be at the 2008 Blade Show in Atlanta, Georgia from May 30-June
1 at the Cobb Galleria Centre. Make sure to stop by and see me if
you attend.
I'll
also be at the TEXAS KNIFEMAKERS & COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION Central
Texas Knife Show from July 18-20. The show will take place at the
Williamson Conference Center (behind the Wingate Inn), 1209 N. IH-35,
Round Rock, Texas. Come visit with me if you're in town that weekend!
Welcome to Morrow Custom Knives. My name is Don Morrow and I build
custom, handmade folding knives. My business rests on my reputation.
Therefore, each knife I build is of the highest quality workmanship
and materials. Because I am committed to constructing only
the finest quality knives, I devote as much time as needed per knife
to ensure my customers receive the best quality knives possible.
Prices
for my knives start at $500.00 for a single-blade knife (subject to change). My knives are designed
to be carried and used as knives, not as pry bars, screwdrivers,
etc. All Morrow Custom Knives are guaranteed against any defects
in workmanship and materials for as long as I make knives. (Note:
This guarantee does not apply to natural handle materials as some
may develop cracks or "check" with age.) Most handle materials
are stabilized and should "wear" well with a minimum of
care. No manufactured parts are used in my knives. For examples
of the types of knives I make, visit the Gallery.
Thanks for visiting my web site.
Materials used in my knives are as follows:
Blades made primarily from ATS34, CPM154 and damascus
Backsprings made from ATS34
Liners made from 410 stainless steel
Bolsters made primarily from 416 stainless steel as well
as damascus
Handles made from Bone, Stag, Pearl and Mammoth Ivory
File work on blades, backsprings and liners on most knives
